As we finish up the construction of our battering ram, we continue our research on the history, modern use, and physics of the battering ram. After research we will present it on our posterboard.

battering rams use there high momentum (that is accounted to there large mass and high velocity) to over come physical obstacles like castle gates or quarry walls.
A battering ram is a siege engine originating in ancient times and designed to break open the masonry walls of fortifications or splinter their wooden gates.
